This Privacy Policy explains how Zyric.online (“Zyric”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and looks after personal information when you visit zyric.online or contact us about our website development and digital services.
It covers this website and the information you send us through it, such as project requests and emails. It does not cover other websites we link to, or websites we build for our clients, which have their own policies.
02Information we collect
We only collect information that you choose to give us. When you send a project request through our project request form, we receive:
- Name and contact details: your full name, business email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
- Business and project information: your business or company name, industry, existing website address (if you give one), project type, project description, the features you need, your preferred timeline and budget (if you give them), and any additional requirements.
- Subscription plan and requested services: the plan you selected (for example Standard or Core) and the services you ask about.
- Your consent and the time of the request: confirmation that you agreed to be contacted, and the date and time the request was sent.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email along with your email address.
Technical information: our website does not use analytics or tracking tools, and it does not ask your browser to store cookies. Like any website, the services that deliver it (see “Sharing and service providers”) may automatically receive basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to serve the page.
The interactive design previews on our Designs pages are demonstrations. Their forms check what you type but do not send or store it.
03How we use information
We use the information you send us to:
- respond to your project inquiry;
- review your project requirements and prepare a suitable proposal;
- communicate with you about the services you requested, by email, phone or WhatsApp;
- provide the services we agree on, and improve how we work.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
04Email and communications
When you submit a project request, its contents are delivered as an email to our team inbox, zyricteam.ai@gmail.com. We use that information to reply to you and discuss your project.
We will contact you about your request using the details you provided. If you would rather we stop contacting you, tell us and we will.
05Sharing and service providers
We use a small number of third-party services to run this website and handle your requests. They process information on our behalf, under their own privacy policies:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers project request form submissions to our inbox by email. FormSubmit’s privacy policy.
- Google (Gmail) hosts our team inbox, where project requests and emails are received and kept. Google’s privacy policy.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts used on this website, so your browser requests them from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
- Our website hosting provider serves the pages of this website and may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested.
We do not otherwise share your personal information, except where the law requires it or to protect our rights.
06Data retention
We keep the information you send us only for as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes described in this policy, such as discussing and delivering your project, and to meet any legal, accounting or tax obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.
07Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. Our website is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection, project requests are sent to an established form-delivery service, and access to our team inbox is limited to the people who handle your request.
No method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
If we add tools like these in future, we will update this policy first and explain what they do.
09Your privacy rights and requests
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information;
- stop contacting you.

10Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.
